What we repair

• Screens: cracked glass, dead touch, lines or dark patches on the display.
• Batteries: short battery life, sudden shutdowns, a battery that's swelling.
• Charging ports: the cable won't stay in, or the phone won't charge.
• Cameras and speakers: a blurry or black camera, a crackly or silent speaker or microphone.
• Water damage: phones dropped in a sink, bath or puddle. The sooner you bring it in, the better the chance.
• Back glass and buttons.

We repair a range of iPhone models, including recent ones. Call with your model if you want to check before you come in.

How it works

1. Walk in or call. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 5:30pm, and you don't need to book.
2. We look at it with you and tell you what's wrong and what the repair involves before anything is done.
3. We repair it. We'll tell you how long it will take when you hand it over.
4. You check it works at the counter before you pay.

Things worth knowing

• Back up first if you can. A screen or battery repair doesn't normally touch your data, but a backup is always sensible.
• Warranty. Every repair is covered for 6 months against failure of the part we fitted or the work we did. Accidental damage and water damage after the repair aren't covered.
• Not worth fixing? If a repair doesn't make sense on an older phone, we'll say so. We also buy and sell tested pre-owned phones.
