How it works

1. Walk in or call. We're open Monday to Saturday, 9:30am to 5:30pm, and you don't need to book.
2. We look at it with you and tell you what's wrong and what the repair involves before anything is done.
3. We repair it. We'll tell you how long it will take when you hand it over.
4. You check it works at the counter before you pay.

Things worth knowing

• Curved-edge screens on many Galaxy S models are more delicate, and the repair needs more care. We'll tell you honestly what's involved.
• Back up first with Samsung Smart Switch or a Google backup if the phone still works.
• Warranty. Every repair is covered for 6 months against failure of the part we fitted or the work we did. Accidental damage and water damage after the repair aren't covered.
• Not worth fixing? If a repair doesn't make sense on an older phone, we'll say so. We also buy and sell tested pre-owned phones.
